Emily: Nice! What do we need to bring?
John: A sleeping bag, a tent, warm clothes, flashlight, toiletries, and some snacks.
Emily: Got it. Where’s the trip happening?
John: Pinewood Forest, that's P-I-N-E-W-O-O-D. It'sabout an hour from the city.
Emily: What about accommodation? Are we staying in tents?
John: Yep, we'll be camping in tents. The organizers will provide the tents, but you have to bring your own sleeping bag and mat.
Emily: Perfect, I can manage that. What activities are we doing?
John: There will be a lot of outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, and some team-building games. I heard we’ll also have a bonfire at night!
Emily: Wow, that sounds fun! How are we getting there?
John: We’ll be traveling by bus. They’ll pick us up at the main square at 8 a.m. on the 15th.
Emily: Great! Are there any particular places we’ll visit while we’re there?
John: We’ll visit the nearby river, some scenic viewpoints, and there’s a small village nearby where we can grab some local food.
Emily: Nice! How many people are going?
John: I think there are about 20 spots available, and I heard it's almost full, so we better sign up soon.
Emily: When’s the deadline?
John: The deadline to register is June 5th, so we need to sign up by then.
Emily: Alright, I’m in! Let’s register together.
John: Sounds like a plan! I’ll go ahead and fill out the form.
